Hospital workers are appointed to treat COVID-19 patients in Malaysia express their concerns over catching the coronavirus and spreading it to their relatives. They are, however, also dedicated to the goal of reducing the number of patients in the region.
Sarawak seems to have the second-highest number of cases in Malaysia. As the number of cases has remained constant over the past two weeks, this means that the general population in Sarawak is at risk for Covid-19.
Dr. Koghilaashini Mahenthiran serves as a medical officer in Hospital Sibu, Sarawak and has advised the general public to stay at home, wear a mask in public, and be mindful of COVID-19 symptoms because it can affect everyone.
