overall project assessment

We successfully managed to reach our goals and objective targeted according to the project proposal as a group for the overall project. Our main goal and target are to spread love and show appreciation to frontline workers. We take this as an opportunity to understand the difficulties and challenges faced by our frontline workers. We get to implement our communication skills and strategies to socialise with the frontliners. We also get to understand what the frontline workers are going through emotionally and physically during this pandemic. 

 

As for the time, we did the activities according to our proposal. Also, we conducted all the activities planned accordingly which includes buying and preparing goodies for the gift bags, creating and posting on the website and social media pages, and distributing gifts bags to frontliners.  

 

However, for the budget, we had a few changes. We decided the switch some of the materials that we wanted to give out because some of our groupmates were volunteering on behalf of us in different countries, so we switched things according to the season. Instead of oranges, cookies were baked and distributed in Kuwait.  

 

Overall, our project was completed on time and our journey was amazing as we got to meet various frontliners. We got amazing feedback from frontliners in Malaysia, Bangladesh and Kuwait. We did not have any particular stakeholders due to the restrictions of the Movement Control Order (MCO) as we put in our own modal for this project.
